Is it possible to schedule an email originating as an Email Event that validates Dimension is up (to kick off the job) and validate email is functional? Right now all email events are related to just Products or User permission changes.

We had had an issue with emails being routed, and will otherwise validate Dimensions is up by SSH to the server and check processes, or hit the website and log in.  But a System Generated 'report' would be beneficial.

Recommended recipients would be ADMIN, or a subset of that group.
