Error by (RE)-Installing ZESM

Hi,
we are testing a zesm single server installation with SQL 2000 on a vm ware windows server 2k3. After uninstalling Ver. 160 and installing Ver. 177 an "invalid path message" blocked the installation. "Error applying transforms. verify that the specified transform paths are valid." (See the Attachment)

Someone knows why ?

Thanks,
Peter

Re: Error by (RE)-Installing ZESM

Hi Peter,

SQL2K support was removed starting from build .177. Supported DB versions are now SQL2K5 and SQL2K8.

Upgrade the DB version on the server and check to see if the install goes on.

It may be obvious, but the transform file (.mst) does exists on the install media, right?

Good luck,
Daniel
