How can I move the databases to a new server?

I think I am going to need to move the Endpoint databases to a new SQL server.

At the moment I have them setup on a SQL server which is also hosting numerous other SQL DB's. This is a virtual Windows 2003 Server with MS SQL 2005 installed. We have noticed that the CPU is almost constantly at 100%.

If I build a new SQL server just for Endpoint, how do I move the Databases from the existing server to the new server and configure Endpoint to use these DB's on the new SQL server?

We have had to turn off the Endpoint server as it is killing the SQL server and affecting other services on the SQL server.
