Black Charts in Chart Viewer in Enterprise Analyzer
User sees black charts in the Chart Viewer. Reinstalling or restarting Enterprise Analyzer does nothing to resolve the issue.
Issue is related to latest version of Flash. Please follow below steps to install an older version of Flash to resolve the issue.
- Uninstall Flash Player (follow all instructions): https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html
- Download this older version of Flash Player and run the flashplayer18_0r0_194_winax.exe from the 18_0_r0_194 folder: https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp_18.104.22.168_archive.zip
- Disable auto updates for Flash for now.
