Cannot unlock locked workspace following BRP run

When trying to open a workspace, Modernization Workbench states that the workspace is locked. After trying to unlock using the Modernization Workbench Administration Tool, the workspace is still locked.
In this situation, it is very likely that something caused BRP to crash, and when it crashed, the file that locks the workspace was not deleted. To unlock the workspace, delete the BRP.flg file in the workspace directory. After this, the BRP logs should be examined to determine the cause of the crash. BRP can then be restarted if needed.
