Enterprise Analyzer forces the Maintainability Index to 0, when the calculated value is actually negative. Is this expected behaviour, and if so, does this apply to any other metrics?

Problem

Enterprise Analyzer forces the Maintainability Index to 0, when the calculated value is
actually negative. Is this expected behaviour, and if so, does this apply to any other metrics?

Resolution

This is expected behaviour, as by definition, Maintainability Index cannot be less than 0.

The Logic does not apply to any other metrics.

Calulations for all complexity metrics can be found in the "Analyzing Projects - Estimating Complexity and Effort"  chapter of the product on-line help.
