Problem:

After submitting the survey responses in Enterprise View Express, the chart based on the survey does not show the expected analysis. What is causing this and how can it be avoided?

Resolution:

1. Ensure that the survey delivery is closed
2. Ensure that in Modernization Workbench, the trending snapshot is updated 

In Modernization Workbench, from the PREPARE menu, choose 'Update Trending snapshot'.
