How to add COBOL source with unusual file extensions.

Problem:

Q: COBOL source has .D21 file extension among other unusual extensions. Revolve doesn't see this and the file isn't added to the project.

Resolution:

A: Utilities|Options|Extensions: add the extension and select the appropriate file type to this list. Revolve will see this and recognize the extension.
