Inventory Probe Job does not produce any results

After the Inventory Probe Job is finished, clicking on Show Result has no effect.


Inventory Probe job was submitted and finished without errors, but when you click the Show Result, the report file is not opened.


Please verify the path to the Unix module in Navigator -> Options. This must point to the job directory where the host module of Enterprise View is installed. Note that this directory is accessed through a mapped network drive so you also need to check if the correct drive letter has been mapped on your PC.

Finally, if the path to the Unix module specified in Navigator->Options is, for example, X:\enterpriseview\job then check with Windows Explorer if you can access X:\enterpriseview\job\Result.

The report file from the Inventory Probe job is produced in the job/Result directory of the EV host module.
