Below are Master User-only features within Enterprise Analyzer, organized by menu layout.

Admin (Prepare Menu Option)

  • Verify
  • Drop Repository Indexes
  • Restore Repository Indexes
  • Compute Database Statistics
  • Update Trending Snapshot
  • Decision Resolution
  • IMS Analysis

Repository (Workspace Menu Drop-down - second box)

  • Add Files to Workspace
  • Refresh Sources from Disk
  • Delete from Workspace
  • Invalidate selected objects
  • Export Sources from Workspace

Edit (Workspace Menu drop-down - 3rd box)

  • New File...

If you are in Edit mode in the view pane, regular users have ONLY the "Find" option. Master User has:

From Clipper Queries, only MASTER can execute queries with CONTAINS and NESTED IN
