While trying to upgrade the workspace, the error message "Unable to upgrade workspace - HCC connected" is produced and the upgrade fails.


1. Ensure that HyperCode Converter (HCC) is not running on any client PC that is connected to this workspace.

2. Check that the HCC queue is empty for this workspace
    (in MW Admin, select 'Check Workspace Queue' from the Tools menu)

3. Connect to the repository database using sqlplus (with the userid used for the workspace) and run this query...

select  "SessionStart", "SessionFinish", "UserID", "Host", "Active"
from SessionLog
where "Application"='HCC'
and "Active" != 0;

4. If records are returned, run this update SQL...

update SessionLog set "Active" = 0 where "Application"='HCC';

5. Close connection via SQLPLUS
