Unable to access SCC_User and SCC_UserGroupRoles Table

I need to find group of users who have a particular role. But i am not able to access  SCC_User and SCC_UserGroupRoles tables. When i am running my query, its giving error that i dont have permission to access these tables.  I am superuser and i should able to run this query.

There should be no need to access the repository tables directly. There is the "Policy.Simple.xml" if the Workspace was created with just Master and normal user security (the default) and there is "Policy.Aflac.xml" if it has been created with 3-way security (Master, SME and normal user). These files are held in the Workspace folder.
