Tutorial1 for BIS demo 9.1.1 does not run

Trying to follow the Tutorial for BIS with Extend 9.1.1; sample tutorial1.srf is installed in localhost/acuxbis/samples/tutorial1 - using SoapUI to attempt to run the tutorial.  After choosing "New SoapUI project, and entering the path to the tutorial1.srf file, get the following error:

Had this problem in Newark and Tom showed me how to get around it, but if I took notes I've misplaced them.
