[archive] Windows Mobile and WebThin

[Migrated content. Thread originally posted on 23 March 2006]

Hello Everyone,
one simple question:
I know Windows Mobile (Pocket PC 2003 & Windows Mobile 5)
support ActiveX technologies, so: those OS can operate on an Acu Application using Browser via WebThin (that is an ActiveX) technology?
Excluding the idea of rewrite most of applications interfaces in VB/C#/Java and use COM Object to build up a "data provider", hase someone other ideas on it?
TIA Giovanni.
