[archive] win$printer

[Migrated content. Thread originally posted on 27 October 2010]

We use win$printer-setup in our programs and it works well. We have xp customer who needs to display the win$printer-setup-ex but we cannot use it because of a few 98 users. Is there anyway to force xp to use the extended printer dialog?

RE: [archive] win$printer

Unfortunately not. But you can use the WIN$VERSION routine to inquire the Windows version and decide yourself.
