NFR 2.0.2.3 postgres installer ?

Hi all,
I am trying to run up File Reporter 2.0.2.3, but the ISO doesn't seem to have PostGresSQL for Windows on it? It does have a \PostgresSQL\x86_64\setup_postgres_nfr.sh, but that seems to be it? The last version I ran up installed PostGres from the ISO.
If I follow the docs, it says to use \PostgresSQL\x86_64\CC-PostgreSQL-9.2.5-Installer.exe, but this file doesn't exist

Am I missing something obvious?

This is the 'NFR for OES' product, if that matters?

Cheers.

I've noticed that the 2.0.2.3 download is quite a bit smaller than
2.0.2.2. I'll do some digging, but you may need to use 2.0.2.2 to get
NFR going and then update to 2.0.2.3.
