Unable to get license file for NFR2.5

Hi all,
I've installed NFR2.5, and have got to the license request stage (http://keygen.filereportersupport.com/l/HTTP_License?&pv=NovellFileReporterV2&p=eDir&t=A)
When I enter my details, including my Activation Code (correct as per the sample image on the site), I get an error "Invalid serial number information."

Any idea where to start to rectify this?

I have had NFR licenced for over 2 years now, have never been able to get it licenced/working. Very disappointed.

Go ahead and request an eval license for the moment to get NFR 2.5
going, then send an e-mail to customerresolution@novell.com to get the
perm license issue squared away.

mickers,

Were you able to get a NFR 2.5 license file?

Thanks, yes, it took a few more days till the 2.5 activation appeared in my Customer Center.
Out of curiosity, do you have any 'repositories' of reports/queries for NFR? I have scanned about 10TB of storage, but curious what others have done .. we are in a "Migrate NSS to AD/NTFS" frame here, so the info gathered will be used to inform us of the steps required for the migration..

mickers,

Right now we don't -- but that's going to change in the future. We're
working on a portal for collaboration on query and report design among
NFR users and our development team. We don't have a definite date for
its release (we'd LIKE to have it ready by BrainShare, but of course
that's not guaranteed.) It is definitely in the works, however!
