Room and administrator rights (lack of rights)

It would be good if the ownership of the room could be transferable and a private room would have more than one administrator/owner. This is a very important feature that the product does not include yet.

it would also be good if at least the administrator could see and be able to administrate all the private rooms.

It is a regular problem that if the owner of the room is not working or not available, no one can delete / add a user to a room.
