Just looking at my notes, I used https, not http. Does that make a
difference?

Re: Cant even get the Webconsole to work

Sorry .
Of course I Use "HTTPS://10.10.10.31:9443" Got some kind of "sausage fingers" typing here...

The Workstation i Use have 10.10.10.35 and if I use "HTTPS://10.10.10.31:9443 and then do a: "arp -a" on the filr console I C the workstation 10.10.10.35 shows up
so I Do got some kind of connection..

For now....

Re: Cant even get the Webconsole to work

It takes some time for the web services to initialize on the VM, and depending on the performance, memory, ... it can take log enough that you might think its dead. One way to know is login at the conosle as root and use top to see when the server has settled. You can also use netstat -an and other tools to determine if you have basic connectivity ( ping, traceroute ).

I must have installed Filr literally 100 times between the beta cycles, and now production, and not seen the VM wake up like a zombie. So I have to think its an issue like that.
