Filr 1.0.1.65 - Security Update 3

Hi,

we updated our Filr from 1.0.1.65 SU2 to SU3 with the correct patch and now there are no more users and data visible when you logon over the web interface.
The files should be still there on the server as far as I can say because of the space used before and now.

Desktop clients are also not working any more but this is because of the TID7015804 - https://www.novell.com/support/kb/doc.php?id=7015804
Access from the android app is also broken.

Any idea how to get the Filr working again (get the files visible and also all the imported users)?

IvanovIv,

same problem here.
Did You reported this problem to Novell Support?

My users can login in Web interface, but they seen no files (execpt My shares and Shared With Me files).
The files are phisically in the vastore area.
I'll probe to revert the patch (after full VM copy finished) from the /opt/novell/patchlevel file contents. At the end of the file there are backupDATE file(s), I'll find and restore them manually.

Ok, it's not was the solution.
Only one file was changed: /filrinstall/installer-filr.linux
I've runned this file and I selected reconfigure, then I'll got the end of reconfiguration. I restarted the Filr and FAMT services, the files are nowhere.
After I restored the previos installer-filr.linux file, restarted the services, files against nowhere.

Note that the download page(s) for the recently released
POODLE-related Security Update(s) for Filr now include the
following text at the start of the Details section:

"Warning: It appears that the POODLE patch interferes with Desktop
client's ability to connect. If you are using the Desktop client,
please wait for an update to the Desktop clients before applying
the POODLE patch. In case you have already applied this patch,
please contact Novell Technical Support to reverse the
changes."

The fault client login is fine for me, I can wait for this one.
The real pain are for me the missing contacts and data. If the reversing changes also brings back the added contacts and data back that's not shown it's probably an option..
