Filr 1.2 HP 1 breaks server functionality

fresh installed filr server (1.2 small deployment).
All went fine.
After applying HP1 (build 848) users reported empty net folders.

famt.log or appserver.log are full of error messages, but the master tid
brings no help regarding to filr 1.2. So I don´t know, which lines are
important. I removed the patch and the server works fine now.
But I would like to know, how to read and filter the logs for the
important things.

The readme dont talk about major changes.
Because we´re using an other server for provisioning the desktop client,
the patch is not necessary at this time.
