Filr Always show default homepage to external users

Good Evening,
I've Deployed a small configuration filr appliance and I'm Stuck with this issue: Filr site is reachable only from internal lan and from external it always shows the default webpage novell branded "Novell Open Enterprise server 2" with no login form.
What I forget?
Many Thanks

Is Filr configured with an IP address on the internal or external
LAN? I'm guessing the internal LAN.

It has only one ip on internal lan (192.168.1.50) and it is public reachable on external ip.
The problem is just it show a novell website that it bring to nothing.
Call filr from internal Lan by calling ip (https://192.168.1.50:8443) works well with the correct login form.

Re: Filr Always show default homepage to external users

How have you given the appliance external access? NAT?
And are you sure that it is hitting the correct server from the outside.

My understanding is that filr is an appliance, based on SLES11, not OES2.
Basically, why are you getting the "Novell Open Enterprise Server 2" welcome page?

Yes, filr is nat to a public external ip.

Sure, server is right from outside.

It's not a product welcome page, seams an advvertisement page.
This website is similar to this one: "http://www.eagle2.american.edu/welcome/index.html"

As reverendjb noted, Filr is based on SLES11 and not OES2 (which itself
is based on SLES10) so I don't think the page you're hitting is from the
Filr box. I've also been through the Filr Apache config and can't see
how a non-Filr page would ever be displayed.

So your NAT is configured to forward a public IP address to the private
IP address of the Filr appliance? Are any TCP ports involved in that
forwarding?

As others have pointed out, I think there's something wrong with your
NAT setup which is causing external users to hit some OES2 server
rather than Filr.
