Howto to check home path settings?

Hello,

above question can answered if I click on user name in admin console.
Thats a long process to check 400+ users.
I there a way to create a simple list?

I have to delete a net folder server and the system reports an active
netfolder. Because there is any netfolder related to this net folder
server, someone of the users must have a home folder setting pointing to
this server.

If I'm not mistaking Filr gets the "home path" from the LDAP directory, you should be able to dump this information out from the directory to a file and then easily search for users that have their homedir on that specific netfolder?

You are in right, but we have switched from edir to AD (server in
question has the old edir). I thought, all users from this old server
are switched but in fact there must be a "hidden" user...
I HAVE to list the users attributes on filr system, a dump from ldap
source will not give me the situation on filr.

If this is Filr 1.2 or older you can try this mysql execute command on your sql server.

mysql -uroot -p --execute="SELECT f.name as \"User Name\",fo.resourceDriverName as \"Server Name\" FROM filr.SS_Forums f INNER JOIN filr.SS_Forums fo ON fo.parentBinder = f.id WHERE fo.title='Home';"

resourcePath = user
resourceDriverName = Net folder server name

If you know what the net folder server name is, you can try to add it as a AND to the select. This will give you the few users you need to change.

mysql -uroot -p --execute="SELECT f.name as \"User Name\",fo.resourceDriverName as \"Server Name\" FROM filr.SS_Forums f INNER JOIN filr.SS_Forums fo ON fo.parentBinder = f.id WHERE fo.title='Home' AND fo.resourceDriverName like '%NAMEHERE%';"

Just change the NAMEHERE to the Net folder server name (even partial)

With Filr 2.0 they change and moved some columns around, so I'll keep digging to find those in the Filr 2.0 db

Got Filr 2.0 sql

This took forever to figure out the INNER JOINs, because there are now three tables involved, and the SS_Forums has a parentBinder which points to the id of the user.
SS_NetFolderConfig has all the configured net folders, which INNER JOINs to SS_ResourceDriver.id. SS_NetFolderConfig also INNER JOINs to SS_Forums.id, which like I said then INNER JOINs from parentBinder to id in the same table...

tl;dr
A Few INNER JOINs for Filr 2.0

Anyways.. here is the MySQL command

mysql -uroot -p --execute="select d.name as \"Server Name\", f.name as \"User Name\" from filr.SS_Forums f INNER JOIN filr.SS_Forums fo ON fo.parentBinder = f.id INNER JOIN filr.SS_NetFolderConfig n ON n.topFolderId = fo.id INNER JOIN filr.SS_ResourceDriver d ON n.netFolderServerId = d.id;"

Forgot to mention.. like the Filr 1.2 or older select, you can define the Net folder server name by adding WHERE to the end.

mysql -uroot -p --execute="select d.name as \"Server Name\", f.name as \"User Name\" from filr.SS_Forums f INNER JOIN filr.SS_Forums fo ON fo.parentBinder = f.id INNER JOIN filr.SS_NetFolderConfig n ON n.topFolderId = fo.id INNER JOIN filr.SS_ResourceDriver d ON n.netFolderServerId = d.id WHERE '%SERVERNAME%';"

Just change the SERVERNAME

Sorry, forgot the environment explanation.
In fact, it´s an 2.0 filr server.

My SQL guru would be excited, but he´s in vacation.

First: works!

Second: exactly _one_ user have a homedrive on the old server and just
this user I never expected in this category.

Finally solved. Many thanks
