LDAP Sync Issue

Hello,

I'm trying to sync with an Active Directory an i got this message

[LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C0903C5, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, date 52e, v23f0]

User DN: cn=_filr_proxy1,ou=Users,dc=dmi,dc=local
Unique identifier: objectGUID
LDAP attribute for Filr: uid
Base DN: ou=Users,dc=dmi,dc=local
Filter: (|(objectClass=group)(objectClass=groupOfNames)(objectClass=groupOfUniqueNames))


Did you have any idea on the cause?

LDAP error 49 is invalid credentials. Seems likely that your _filr_proxy1
user is either specified incorrectly (DN) or has the wrong password.
