More and more client compolains that autosync not working

HI All,

Filr 3.1.0 .. all were good for a while... now more and more clients start to complain that files/folders (my files --we use homefolders, and even netfolders alike (the ones allowed to sync with desktop client), does not automatically sync, the client shows that it must be synced, -- the icon status -- but a user still must right click and select "synchronize now"?.... for the file/folder? if not it simply never syncs.

Kind Regards,

Re: More and more client compolains that autosync not workin

Have you looked in the Filr console > Pending changes or recent Activity and found any exceptions? In normal operation, any changes saved in the Filr folder should be sent back to the server immediately.
Any errors in the user's filr.log file?

Just to be on the safe side, perform a search optimization on the index server, and see if it helps.
