Jump to solution

I installed and registered the agent with the application server but don't see my agent in the Application Defender service... What's wrong?

That's a really hard question to answer without more details, since there are many possible causes.

It could be that your agent is not able to communicate through your company proxy.  In that case you would want to look at this documentation:

http://docs.hpappdefender.com/HP_AppDef_olh.htm#../Subsystems/AgentInstall/Content/Topics_Shared/(Optional)_Configure_a_…

Or it could be several other equally likely causes.  In that case you should read one of the following two links:

http://docs.hpappdefender.com/HP_AppDef_olh.htm#../Subsystems/AgentInstall/Content/Topics_Shared/Troubleshooting.htm
