Is there a way, via the command line, to apply a project template to a fpr file either during scan or afterwards? I looked at the help but nothing seemed obvious. Thanks

Hi Don, you can pass a Project Template xml file to SCA at scan time using the -project-template option. I'll notify our docs team as I'm surprised this isn't listed in the SCA User Guide.
You can also limit the results to a specific Filter Set from the Project Template by using the option: -Dcom.fortify.sca.FilterSet. There's a discussion on this in the Scan-Time Filters section on Pages 23/24 of the .
