Does the WebInspect Plugin for Burp work with WIE?

I am trying to connect from Burp WebInspect plugin to WIE 16.10 and am unable to connect. The WebServices API services are started on the server. Does the plugin work with WIE or only for the standalone WebInspect?

No, the BURP Extension uses the WebInspect desktop API, so it does not work with the WebInspect Enterprise server infrastructure.
