Error Connecting WebInspect and ALM
When I right-click on the defect and click on "Send To", authenticate, Micro Focus ALM, and click on "Send"; I get an error message stating "Error creating bug". Can you please assist in figuring this out?
In reviewing some of our cases, it appears a support technician had a remote session with you yesterday where it was determined the "ALM Connectivity tool was not installed, issue fixed".
If you are still having problems please reply to your support ticket and update the technician.
