Fortify Eclipse SCA Plugin, How to Run a scan for only for few JavaScript file

Hi,

        I am using Fortify 4.02, 

        I am writing a JavaScript API which is only deliverable as delivered only as Pure JavaScript files, Something like jquery API. 

        But HP Fortify Eclipse plugin only allows us to run SCA for the whole android hybrid project including the 3rd party plugins.

        The 3rd party plugins obviously shows some critical and hight issues.

        Now how I am supposed to show this report and satisfy my customer?

        Does HP Fortify SCA allows us to run the analysis to only few specified files?
