How do I scan BPEL files (xml based code) using Fortify On Demand?

I uploaded the Ear to on demand and it is hung for several hours. with error:

I try to get a status of the scan and get An error has occurred. Error #2764 which i figure it's trying to find java stuff and is thrown off by the bpel.
