Is there an exclude parameter for the tfs static code analyser step?

Is there an exclude parameter for the tfs static code analyser step?  The code translation is including unit tests etc which do not need to be scanned, because of this we get lots of additiional errors. Ideally we would like to exclude them from the scan. For example: Is there an argument for /exclude **\unittests.* or similar.

The manual (HPE_SCA_Guide_VERSION.pdf, available online) may mention the translation phase exclude option, -Dcom.fortify.sca.exclude=**/DIR/**/*;**/*.ext;... with Ant-style file masks separated by semicolons (on Windows) or colons (on other OSes).  I did not see a scan phase exclude option.
