I would say Yes and No. This forum is supposed to be a Customers-Only forum, so it should be somewhat out of the view of the general Internet. So sharing for the community use would be perfect. Both other customers and Support staff could chime in, and late-comers could benefit from reading the discussions later.
However, in-depth trouble-shooting should still belong in one-on-one contacts with Fortify Support, especially if sensitive or private business data may be included in the discussions.
