Missing Graphics and Controls on HTML5 SSC Page

SSC HTML5 Page displays issues

Problem:

The HTML5 page is not rendering of viewing properly. There are missing icons, like the profile picture, surpassed icon and other controls.

The problem is due to browser not allowing certain fonts to be downloaded/installed. We use several font libraries to supply these graphics. Main two that can cause problems are...
* hp-fortify-icons !important
* font-family: FontAwesome

Solution:
One of the main reasons this could happen is due to IE settings restricting the installation of fonts. There is a new policy setting in Windows 10 that can effect our website.
"The first release of Windows 10 introduced a new Group Policy setting, “Untrusted Font Blocking,” that offers a powerful mitigation against attacks on GDI’s font logic."
It appears MS has reversed direction on this and has found other was to mitigate the security risks.
