SCA Updates

I am new to SCA.  I wanted to know the frequency of updates to the software.  I know bug fixes and patches may cause patch releases, but I wanted to know if there is a set release schedule?

As far as I know, there is no official release schedule.

But in general this is what you can expect:

SCA will be updated twice a year.

SCA Rulepacks will be updated once a quarter (generally at or near the end of the quarter).

Do rule packs need to be installed sequentially or are the cumulative?

They are cumulative, you just need the latest.
