SSC to Jira Creates SSL Error

I'm trying to configure a project to send issues to Jira.  Per the instructions it seems pretty straightforward for SSC 4.21 but I'm getting this error I'm wondering if anyone has seen.

Error occured during test: ; nested exception is:

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Thanks,

Mike

The 4.21 SSC Installation Guide doesn't mention this but the 4.30 SSC installation Guide states:

Important:

If Software Security Center is configured to communicate over SSL, you must also import the required bug tracker certificates to the java virtual machine where Software Security Center is deployed.

This is under the Securing Logon Credentials for Bug Tracking Systems.

I will try and import the Jira cert into the SSC keystore and see if this resolves the issue.  If anyone else has thoughts let me know.
