Scanning PLSQL, I get [error]: No valid input files were specified.

When scanning PLSQL i get the error:

[error]: No valid input files were specified.  (Use the -scan option to analyze previously-built sources.)
HPE Security Fortify Static Code Analyzer 17.10.0156

sourceanalyzer -b <build_name> -clean
sourceanalyzer -b <build_name> -debug-verbose -logfile "<path>\trans.log"
