Touchless Scan breaks builds that require COM Registration

We're currently trying to scan one of our products, and are running into an issue with the touchless wrapper. When we try to build using the wrapper, our COM objects fail to register during the build process:

error MSB8011: Failed to register output. Please try enabling Per-user Redirection or register the component from a command prompt with elevated permissions.

This happens even when running the sourceanalyzer wrapper as the local Administrator, and the issue does not occur when we do not use the wrapper. It's as if sourceanalyzer is purposely dropping permissions prior to executing the wrapped command.

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this? Any assistance would be appreciated.
