Unable to see some issues source code in SSC.
I have HPE Security Fortify Software Security Center 17.10.0158 and sourceanalyzer from same distribution package
iften I see error message:
""Unable to locate source file rendering information. Completion of a SCA scan using the latest version of sourceanalyzer is a requisite for the viewing of source files.""
How can I fix this issue?

did you find the solution as ia ma also facing same issue with SSC 18.20 and SCA 18.20

There can be a number of causes for this error message. It is best to have the ssc.log file for further analysis. Please open a ticket with support and provide the log file. Common log file locations:
\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\.fortify\ssc\log
/usr/share/tomcat/.fortify/ssc/logs
/opt/tomcat/.fortify/ssc/logs
Some past resolutions:
1. Database not configured properly (i.e., MySQL configured incorrectly: https://www.microfocus.com/documentation/fortify-software-security-center/1820/SSC_Help_18.20/index.htm#SSC_UG/Config_MySQL_DB.htm?Highlight=sql_mode)
2. Incompatible SSC DB
3. Incorrect JDBC driver
4. Version mismatch between SSC and SCA where one component has been updated, but not the other

while integrating with jenkins please, we are getting below error.

Hi @ebell Thanks for the response.
The DDBB settings are as as indicated in the manual and SCA and SSC are in 19.10 version
It seems a javascript error because in the reports the information is showed correctly. The log doesn't register this error.
