Upgrde Fortify scan for SCA and SCC from 18.20 to 19.20

Can I upgrade Fortify SCA and SCC  scanning 18.20 to 19.20 ? Or need to upgrade to 19.10 first, then to 19.20.

Yes, you should be able to. 

SSC Docs state you need to be within two versions of the latest you are installing.

SCA can be upgraded  as well by simply installing the newest version of the scanner on your build servers or scanning machines and start scanning.
