If you received the e-mail of the update ("Congratulations on your purchase", etc), then you might have a proxy/network issue.  Check under the WebInspect Edit menu > Application Settings > Proxy panel to verify they are set correctly for your network.  SmartUpdate should connect fine if they are.  If you are in an Offline situation, you will need to repeat that activation process in order to download the updated LicenseResp.XML file for your installation.

If you or your purchasing contact have not received this Congratulations message, then you may need to check with Fortify Support to see what the license update status is.  They will need to know the Activation Token string and the name or e-mail address it may have been listed under.  I checked the license portal myself but found no records for "*@summittechllc.com" nor "*summit* that matched.
