WebInspect 10.40 license

I should probably send this to HP Support but I'll ask here anyway.  I had to rebuild my laptop and had not reinstalled WebInspect yet (had 10.30) installed.  I just downloaded 10.40 and installed it and entered the activation token I had used to install 10.30 but I get an error: "you have exceeded the installation limit of your license License xxx cannot be retrieved."  Can someone tell me what I need to do or if I need to just enter a ticket on the support site?

Thank you!

Normally the user can self Deactivate their license, but in your case you did not have access nor had planned to uninstall that WebInspect.   😕    In this case your only option is to open a Fortify Support case with your Activation Token and ask them to Soft Deactivate it for you.  That will free it up for re-use on the new installation.
