WebInspect Enterprise scanning error

Hi All,

In our current environment, I have update the WIE server and console to new version 10.50.326.10 but after that we are not able to run any scan. where has the scan status is showing as running but actual scan is not happening.  Any help for troubleshooting  would be more useful.

Check the log on the sensor machine itself - C:\ProgramData\HP\HP WebInspect\Amp\logs\AmpSensorWI_trace.log ​for any indications that something is amiss.

(??  It almost looks like the recent MSFT Update conflict that Truclient had had, where the scan would run but there was nothing to show....?)

The Sensor' trace.log files would be the place to start investigating.
