Where does WIDump write diagnostic files?

During a recent scan, I've encountered a popup stating, "A severe error has occured in WebInspect.  A diagnostic file will be written to disk,"

Embarrassingly, I can't locate this file - figured I'd save some time and search for the answer - found nothing.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
