analyze multiple build IDs

Will running "sourceanalyzer -scan" with multiple build IDs take into account data flows across these IDs?

For example, I would like to keep the <<touchless ant>> build in one ID and the <<-cp "**/*.jar" "**/*.jsp">> build in another ID, but I want to make sure that Fortify can follow possible HTTP requests from JSP into Java and possible HTTP responses from Java to JSP.
