download latest SCA rule packs

We would like to download latest HP Fortify SCA Rule Packs. We haven't found in our downloads. Our machines are not connected to internet, not able to update via proxy server in order to update Rule Packs

I too have the same requirement for application on machines without access to the Internet.  If there is an official download site or process which needs to be followed any info along those lines would be greatly appreciated.

You can download the rulepacks from https://support.fortify.com/​.​ Once you you login, go to the "My Rulepacks" tab, select your subscription, then download the rulepacks you want.

The zip file that is downloaded then can be used with the fortifyupdate commandline command: fortifyupdate -import <filename>

If you do not already have an account you will need to contact HPE Tech Support to get an account created (fortifytechsupport@hpe.com).
