James:
The current version of is 10.30 and is currently available for download on the HP web site. It allows for a 30 day trail, but will accept your license key. If you have problems reusing your existing key you can engage with HP WebInspect Technical Assistance Center for help.
Hope this helps,

Joel, thank you for the reply. But, I need 10.20. Not 10.30.

Hello James... I regret I do not know where you might get a older release off our HP Public Sites. I would recommend engaging with our TAC group to get an older release, considering that the 10.30 has numerous bug resolutions and other enhancements.

All WebInspect releases are posted at the HP Support SSO Portal, softwaresupport.hp.com. You will need a (free) personal HP Passport account ("HPP") in order to log on, and once there you must add your company's SAID number(s) to your account's Contracts. The HP SAID is the Support Account Identifier which lists your purchased product(s) and therefore which ones you may access. Your Purchasing Agent would have received this from HP when they ordered the product, but they may have left it in their mailbox and not shared it with you, the end user. 😕
Here are the basics to locating the WebInspect installers. For speed, I highly recommend using MSIE for this process as well as allowing the installation and use of the provided HP Download Manager program.
- Once logged in, open the Products menu > Software Updates
- On the right side, high-light your "HPP Linked SAID's" for the WebInspect purchase.
- Enable the box for "Yes, I accept these terms and conditions."
- Click the View Available Products button.
- In the search results, expand the branch for "Fortify Software Security Center".
- Locate and enable the box for your desired product, e.g. "HP WebInspect 10.20 English Software E-Media".
- You may select more than one item.
- When ready to download, locate at the top or bottom of the screen, and click on, the orange button for "Get Software Updates".
- Your selection(s) will now be listed at the top of the page.
- Click on the blue link for "Get Software" under the Deliverables column.
- On the resulting screen, high-light your desired download in both fields "1" and "2" (hidden to the right side).
- In field 3, click the desired link for "Use Download Manager", "Download", or "Add to download cart".
- Download! (and don't shoot the messenger 🙂
