need help, cause RELOAD do not make his work :-(

Hello from Germany,

my name is Markus and I'm a newbee here in the forum and also on groupwise / RELOAD adminstration and I have a big problem with our Reload-installation...

(first: sory about my english -it's german style 😉 )

I found the forum a few days ago and catch a kindly help in Groupwise-administration from @Laura Buckley - again many thanks for it!

 My problem is, that I can't ask the man, who installed the system - cause of an deadly car accident and the company, who make our support, did not have another expert for GW or RELOAD. So, they did not find a solution 😞

...to the problem: since 22.12.2019 (!!) we do not have a RELOAD-backup for PO or DOM... 😮

We running GW under Linux and the RELOAD on a win 2016-standard-server (1607).

When I start a backup manually f.e. for DOM - I get following error logs:

Error Log:

[ERROR_UID:1585209380168268230] - - [26/Mar/2020:08:56:20 +0100] "Cannot establish connectivity for Domain Profile: dom."

System Agent log:

So, many thanks in advance - I hope, somebody has an idea for fixing the problem. If there more infos needed, no problem - I try to do my very best to give what I can...

Markus,

try this one. Go for the command line on reload and start "reload". Go for Profiles, select a profile (Postoffice or Domain), continue with "Advanced" (last option) and select "Test".

Now you will see if you succeed. I assume that there will be a NFS misconfiguration ...

try this one. Go for the command line on reload and start "reload". Go for Profiles, select a profile (Postoffice or Domain), continue with "Advanced" (last option) and select "Test".

Now you will see if you succeed. I assume that there will be a NFS misconfiguration ...

sorry, my fault - it's not on win, it's a linux - I will try it now - was on the wrong IP 😞

see the attached log --> think you're right...  I think we tried to fix the problem on the wrong server.. 😞

It's embarrassing to me. Gimme me a second...

NFS is running, but I missed it in rpcinfo...

Hello all,

sorry for the late response - i'm only a 2%-Admin 😞  --> normally I'm the CFO from our little town 😉

It seems,t hat the problem comes via an update from the NAS... problems with NFS vs. NFS4.

You see that's the reason why we love GroupWise (and add-on products). Usually GroupWise does not need to much administration 😁
