Can GroupWise admininistrator configure Proxy access on behalf of an user?

OR

Can GW admin see what access a proxy user has been given on another user's mailbox (not the admin's mailbox)?

GroupWise Mailbox Management is part of Enterprise Messaging (a suite of products) or as a separate license/application to purchase.

You should see proxy access without mailbox management anyhow but you cannot change it.

I do not understand your remark "(not the admin's mailbox)". Admin cannot proxy to any other mailbox except he/she has got rights ...
