Groupwise 2014/2018

Hi,

Web Access and Mobility server has changed a bit in GW 2014 and 2018.
Any updates if it's supported to monitor them and how to do that?

Sorry for the delay, looks like we don't have anyone who has used
GWAVA's Redline that this forum is primarily targeted at.

So do you have the Micro Focus product now known as GroupWise Reporting
& Monitoring(formerly GWAVA Redline) that is an add-on to GroupWise or
as a part of Enterprise Messaging, or are you using the GroupWise
Monitor that is supplied with GroupWise?
We typically discuss the later over in the GW: Monitor sub forum of the
GroupWise section, and as far as I can tell WebAccess and GMS aren't
monitored by it. As far as the product formerly known as Redline, I
don't know if it has the hooks for at least checking that the web
interfaces of either are answering.

Nagios that is built into OES might be one thing to try if that is
available, and GMS has some notification ability of its own that has
helped me in the past.

Hi Andy,

thanks for your reply. My question is related to Redline.
I actually got it to work with Webaccess or at least somewhat to work.
Regarding GMS it needs a update of Redline
